Wood anchor bolts serve as optional hardware forBlue wine pegsenabling front-side installation into wood surfaces. The wood material must be at least 3/4″ thick plywood or high-density MDF to ensure a solid mount. Particle board may lack the strength needed to properly hold this hardware.
PLEASE NOTE: This hardware can only be purchased alongsideBlue wine pegs. Standalone orders for this item will be cancelled.
Wood anchor bolts replace the standard bolts that come with Blue wine pegs — both hardware types are not included together.
Please note thatbolts are sold in pairsto match up with sets of pegs. For example, purchasing 10 sets of Blue pegs requires 10 of this hardware item.
Wood anchor bolts are offered in 2 lengths to accommodate different mounting situations:
50mm anchor bolts– select these for direct installation into wood or high-density MDF that is 3/4″ or thicker or when your plywood or MDF base has up to 10mm of overlay material that requires drilling through (eg. 10mm acrylic material on top of plywood backing).
70mm anchor bolts– select these when your plywood or MDF base is covered with a thicker material, up to 30mm, that needs to be drilled through (eg. 30mm of tile on top of plywood backing).
